Delhi NCR · Delhi
Delhi moves are about timing. Truck no-entry hours, colony gate rules, parking that exists on paper only — a Delhi move that is not planned around these becomes a Delhi move that takes two days. We run Delhi jobs from our Gurgaon base constantly, in both directions.
On the ground
Whether it is a Dwarka flat, a South Delhi floor or a government-quarter shift, the plan starts with when a truck can legally be where your sofa is.
Delhi's truck-entry windows decide the schedule. We plan loading and movement around them so the truck is not parked waiting out a restriction with your goods inside.
DDA flats, builder floors, group housing societies and gated colonies each have their own access rules — checked before the day.
Delhi to Gurgaon and Gurgaon to Delhi are our daily routes — border crossings and timings are second nature.
A lot of Delhi housing means staircase carries. Crew size is planned for it after the survey, and it is in the quote — no day-of renegotiation.

Good to know
Delhi restricts heavy-vehicle movement during large parts of the day, and the permitted windows differ by vehicle class. In practice this means a Delhi move is planned backwards from when the truck may legally arrive at your address — packing is timed so cartons are sealed and staged when the vehicle rolls in, not started when it arrives. Done right, the restriction costs you nothing; ignored, it costs the day.
The second Delhi reality is parking. Many colonies have no place a truck can stand for four hours; we scout this on the survey (or ask you the right questions on a video survey) and, where needed, plan a smaller shuttle vehicle between your lane and the truck. It is quoted upfront — the day of the move is the wrong time to discover your lane.
The paper trail
Written quotation before you book. Itemised packing list at loading, signed off by you. Lorry receipt when the truck leaves. GST invoice on completion.
Questions
They decide when the truck can be at your address, so we build the day's schedule around them. It is the first thing we check after the survey — not something discovered mid-move.
Stair carries need more crew time, and that is reflected in the written quote after the survey — stated upfront, never added on moving day.
Effectively local — it is a daily route for us. Same-day completion is normal for a typical home, subject to entry timings at both ends.
All of Delhi — South, West, North, East and Central. We are based in Gurgaon, so the crew travels to your address for the survey and the move; there is no area of the city we decline.
For a local Delhi NCR move, approximate ranges are: 1 BHK ₹6,000–10,000, 2 BHK ₹8,000–14,000, 3 BHK ₹12,000–20,000 and 4 BHK ₹18,000–35,000. Stairs without a lift, distance and truck no-entry timings move the figure within the range — the written quote settles it.
