Cargo · Gurgaon
Industrial consignments and palletised loads are handled differently from household or office goods — different vehicles, different loading approach, and usually a recurring schedule rather than a one-off move.
What's included
Goods are loaded and secured for stability on longer routes, not just packed into a truck.
Vehicle size is matched to the consignment rather than defaulting to a standard truck.
Businesses with regular shipment needs can set up a consistent booking arrangement.
Each consignment gets its own lorry receipt, useful for your own inventory and dispatch records.
How a booking actually runs
Someone from our team looks at what you're moving — in person if you're in Gurgaon, over a video call otherwise — before we quote anything.
You get a rate broken down by service, not a round-figure guess. This is the number you pay — not a starting point for negotiation on moving day.
Items are packed, labelled, and logged on a list you can check against on delivery.
You see what goes on the truck before it leaves. The lorry receipt is issued at this point, not after.
Goods are unloaded and matched against the same list made at pickup. GST invoice follows once you've confirmed everything's in.
Why choose us
The team that handles pickup is the one that completes delivery — not a subcontracted local crew you've never spoken to.
What's on your written quotation is what you pay. No renegotiation once loading is done.
Lift bookings, parking permissions and gate timings in Gurgaon's societies and business parks are planned for, not discovered on the day.
Delhi NCR jobs happen routinely; intercity and pan-India moves are handled through the same booking process.
FTL vs PTL
A full truck load (FTL) gives you the entire vehicle: it leaves when you say and drives straight to your destination. A part load (PTL) shares truck space with other consignments: cheaper per kilo, but it moves when the truck fills and may transship en route. Neither is 'better' — it depends on your volume, your deadline and your budget.
Our rule of thumb: time-critical or fragile consignments go FTL; robust, boxed, flexible-deadline cargo can go PTL and save real money. At the survey we calculate both where both make sense, and the written quote names which one you are getting — so there is no ambiguity about what was promised.
For commercial consignments, transport documentation — lorry receipt, invoice copies, and e-way bill requirements where consignment value crosses the threshold — is prepared before the truck moves, because a truck held at a checkpoint for paperwork costs you the schedule you paid for.
Pricing, honestly
Freight prices on whichever is greater — a light but bulky consignment books space, not just kilos.
A dedicated truck versus shared space is the biggest fork in the price — see above for which fits when.
Palletised and forkliftable cargo loads fast; loose cartons need manpower hours.
High-frequency corridors out of NCR price sharper than one-off routes that need dedicated planning.
Paperwork for this service
For businesses shipping regularly, the lorry receipt for each trip becomes part of your own dispatch records — we issue one every time, not just on request.
