Pricing, honestly
We quote after seeing the job, not before — but the quote is always built from the same five things, so you can estimate where yours will land.
A 1 BHK and a 3 BHK are different trucks, different crew sizes and different packing-material counts. Volume is measured at the survey — it is the biggest single factor.
Ground floor with truck at the door is the cheapest scenario; fourth floor walk-up is not. Both addresses count.
Within the same sector, across Gurgaon, across NCR, or intercity — each band prices differently.
Beds, wardrobes and modular kitchens that need opening and rebuilding add crew hours at both ends.
If your new home is not ready, storage is billed by duration — the survey will tell you whether it is worth it versus a rushed double-shift.

Materials
Packing quality is decided before the first carton is taped. We work with corrugated cartons for general household goods, wardrobe cartons that let hanging clothes travel on their hangers, and separate small heavy-duty cartons for books — a common mistake is large cartons full of books that burst their own base.
Fragile items get layered protection: paper wrap against the surface, bubble wrap over it, and foam or thermocol sheets between stacked plates and glassware. Furniture is blanket-wrapped and stretch-filmed rather than taped directly — tape on polish leaves marks that never come off.
Every carton is labelled by room and numbered against the packing list you sign. At the new home, cartons land in the room their label says, not in one mountain by the front door.

Yes. Self-packed cartons are still logged on the packing list, though we'd recommend professional packing for fragile or high-value items.
For a local Delhi NCR move, approximate ranges are: 1 BHK ₹6,000–10,000, 2 BHK ₹8,000–14,000, 3 BHK ₹12,000–20,000 and 4 BHK ₹18,000–35,000. Where your move falls in the range depends on volume, floor, lift access and distance — the free survey settles it, and the written quote is what you pay.
We bring everything — cartons, bubble wrap, foam sheets, stretch wrap and covers for mattresses and wardrobes. It is part of the quote, so you do not need to arrange anything yourself.
Every item is checked against the packing list at delivery, so raise it there and then with the crew and our office. We resolve it through our complaints process rather than disappearing after the truck leaves; for extra cover, transit insurance is offered as a separate line on every quote.
