Information we collect
When you request a quote or contact us, we collect the details you provide — typically your name, phone number, email, and the pickup and destination addresses for your move. If you contact us on WhatsApp or by phone, we keep the details needed to prepare your quotation and run your move.
How we use it
Your information is used to prepare quotations, plan and execute your relocation, issue documents (packing list, lorry receipt, GST invoice), and contact you about your booking. We may also use your number to follow up on an enquiry you made.
What we don't do
We do not sell your personal information to anyone. We share it only where the move itself requires it — for example, with the driver assigned to your relocation.
Data retention
Booking records and invoices are retained as required for accounting and tax compliance under Indian law. Enquiry details that don't become bookings are not kept longer than needed.
Cookies & analytics
Our website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use the site. This data is aggregated and doesn't personally identify you.
