Office · Gurgaon
Most office shifts happen on a weekend or after hours, because a business can't afford downtime. We plan the move around your schedule, not the other way round.
What's included
Desks, chairs, monitors and networking equipment are packed and reconnected with the same layout in mind.
Cabinets and paper records are boxed and numbered so nothing gets misplaced in the shuffle.
Moves are planned for evenings or weekends where needed, to avoid disrupting your team.
A proper GST invoice is issued at the end — useful for your company's books, not just yours.
How a booking actually runs
Someone from our team looks at what you're moving — in person if you're in Gurgaon, over a video call otherwise — before we quote anything.
You get a rate broken down by service, not a round-figure guess. This is the number you pay — not a starting point for negotiation on moving day.
Items are packed, labelled, and logged on a list you can check against on delivery.
You see what goes on the truck before it leaves. The lorry receipt is issued at this point, not after.
Goods are unloaded and matched against the same list made at pickup. GST invoice follows once you've confirmed everything's in.
Why choose us
The team that handles pickup is the one that completes delivery — not a subcontracted local crew you've never spoken to.
What's on your written quotation is what you pay. No renegotiation once loading is done.
Lift bookings, parking permissions and gate timings in Gurgaon's societies and business parks are planned for, not discovered on the day.
Delhi NCR jobs happen routinely; intercity and pan-India moves are handled through the same booking process.
Pricing, honestly
Workstations that dismantle cleanly move cheaper than fixed cabins and glass partitions. The survey counts both.
A file server, racked networking and 60 desktops is a different job from 15 laptops. IT handling time is quoted separately so you can see it.
Freight lift availability, dock access and permitted mover hours decide how many hours the same job takes.
Most office moves run on weekends so the business does not stop — the schedule is built into the plan and the quote from day one.
Sealed file cartons with registers, safes, plotters and lab or medical equipment are listed and priced as line items, not surprises.
IT & data
Servers and network gear travel last-out, first-in, and we ask that your IT person (or vendor) be present at disconnection and reconnection — we move hardware; we do not take responsibility for data, and any mover who claims otherwise is overpromising. Cable setups are photographed before disconnection so reconnection is a copy job, not a puzzle.
Desktops, monitors and peripherals are packed per desk with the desk's number from your new floor plan, so every employee's own equipment lands on their own new desk. Employee personal-effects cartons are labelled the same way.
Confidential files move in sealed, numbered cartons against a register — the register is signed at packing and verified at delivery, which is exactly the audit trail most companies need.
Paperwork for this service
Office moves usually need paperwork for the accounts department. The GST invoice we issue at the end covers that without you having to ask for it separately.

Yes, weekend and after-hours office moves are common and can be planned in the initial survey.
Yes, a GST invoice is issued once the move is complete, addressed to your company if needed.
Each workstation is packed into cushioned cartons and labelled by seat or department, so machines land back on the right desk at the new office. Servers and sensitive equipment are flagged at the survey and packed separately with extra padding.
By what the survey finds: volume of furniture and equipment, floors and lift access at both ends, and timing — a night or weekend move is planned differently from a weekday one. You get a written quotation with a GST invoice after the site visit, not a phone estimate.
The move is planned around your working hours — usually packed after close on Friday and set up before Monday. Labelling by seat map means desks, chairs and machines go straight to their positions instead of into a pile at the new office.
